Trade Account Update: Explore Your New Dashboard
The new Trade Account dashboard makes it easy to track orders, request samples, and pin your favorite rugs.
We’re excited to introduce a convenient new feature on our website, designed to help designers manage their client projects. The new Trade Account dashboard personalizes your browsing experience and makes it easy to manage your Merida projects. Once you log in, you can view order history, track current orders, schedule an appointment, and create project boards with your favorite rugs, right from your browser or smartphone.
How do you activate your Trade Account? If you’re a Merida client, you should have received an email invitation from us to activate your account and set up a secure password. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us and we’ll get you set up.
Once you’ve activated your account, you can log in by clicking “Account” at the top of the Merida home page. If you’re viewing it on a smartphone, just open the menu and tap “Trade Account.” You’ll be prompted to enter your password once, and after that your account will be recognized when you return to the site.
We’ll be adding more exciting features and exclusive Trade-only offers in the months ahead, so activate your account and we’ll keep you updated.
If you’re a designer and don’t have a Merida Trade Account, we would love to connect with you. Just select Account from the home screen and you’ll be prompted to request an account. Submit your request and we’ll get back to you promptly. Our team is here to help your projects run beautifully.
