The ephemeral work of American artist Eva Hesse uses fluid gestures and organic materials to create works that change over time. Inspired by Hesse’s “Expanded Expansion,” Sway evokes the movement of draped fabric with a repeating motif of contrasting wools, creating a tufted rug of depth and texture.
